A Forefather-Approved Shave
This shaving soap is an Italian cream style soap with a creamy, thick lather and great post conditioning feel. Perfect for lathering up a thick, protective top-tier foam, it provides abundant moisturizing, protection, and scent to kick off the morning right.
With notes of cigar leaf, mahogany, and cedarwood, it might evoke the hallowed halls of our founding fathers, their be-wigged heads bent over vital documents... Or just smell and feel really good.

CURATOR'S NOTE:.While widely used, most shaving creams contain ingredients that are drying and irritating to skin. They also use ingredients that are toxic and harmful to health such as:.Propolene glycol -- a humectant like glycerin, but unlike glycerin, it's more frequently found in antifreeze and brake fluid..Triethanolamine -- better known as TEA, is an emulsifying agent that helps keep oil and water from separating. It's also a very controversial ingredient because not only is it a skin irritant, but many formulas containing TEA are found to be contaminated with nitrosamines, which are linked to cancer..Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulphate (SLES) -- While they make a great lather, they also have a number of health implications. Lauryl mimics estrogen, and laureth often hosts a known carcinogen called dioxane..Choosing a non-toxic, tallow and shea butter-based shaving cream not only avoids the harmful toxic ingredients in drug store shelf shaving cream, but actually nourishes the skin for maximum comfort and skin health.
