Hibiscus (nicknamed: Daughter of the Islands) traditionally grows in tropical climates and is famous for its antioxidant and Vitamin C properties as well as its refreshing, invigorating flavor. This Elixir is made in 10 gallon batches by cooking down 3 different varieties of organic hibiscus flower petals to create a rich, intensive Elixir. It lends bold, lemony-tart and sweet berry notes to drinks and a jewel-like magenta hue comes directly from the flower petals.
