Dress it up with some white balsamic to make a savory sauce for pork. Great as a dessert or baked good topping or mixed with salad dressing.

CURATOR'S NOTE:
Lavender belongs to the same family as mint and basil. Like those herbs, it has been used in culinary preparations for centuries. It is a common ingredient in both sweet and savory preparations.
Lavender works well with acidic notes, which means that it will complement tart and fruity ingredients like citrus juice and zest -- and in this case, lemon -- which makes an effective ingredient in ice creams and custards. Perfectly blended with fresh strawberries, this jam works well in savory dishes, flavoring meats with such as pork or big greens like spinach or arugula.
